Last 2008 Blog Post

One more post before the new year! I guess this about sums up our Christmas. It was a great one! We are lucky to have little kids because that means Santa still comes to see us.

I'm sorry I have been so neglectful of my blog. I have taken some time off from photographing children other than my own over the last couple of weeks. I have been working on some things "in-house" and catching up on a lot of stuff (not to mention celebrating Christmas). I will be preparing for a lot of exciting things to come over the next few days. Valentine's Day will be here before we know it!

I still have a 1/24/09 morning appointment open for anyone that needs a Saturday morning session.

Three under Five

Three children age 5 and under (I don't think the oldest is quite 5 yet?). It sounds hard doesn't it? I have moved up in the world to three under the age of 7 and it sounds hard to me! The parents of these little ones make it seem easy. They were not rattled easily and you can just imagine how hard it is to get three little ones to all look at the camera and smile at the same time.

Here are the men of the family. Dad has his hands full (of love, right?):

Big Brother was fun for me. He is the same age as my middle son and reminded me so much of him. I had taken pictures of my little guy the day before and the conversations were very similar. I had to laugh. They are both great negotiators and had better ideas about how my shots should be taken and where.

He was so good. I think he would be a good little helper for me (as he holds the reflector). Is that a smile? I already posted some more pictures of Baby Brother as a newborn here.

and now here he is at 2 months old:I had to include this picture of his big sister. It is too funny. She has a bit of personality to her I think! Don't worry, she isn't going to take a bite of him. We all came prepared with lots of candy for the kids so she couldn't have been hungry. :-)

Look at her beautiful eyes. I bet she gets away with a lot with those eyes - or at least I hope so!

This was at the very end when she got a treat. That is chocolate around her mouth. Mommy came prepared with M&Ms. Sounds like a great Mom to me!
